Who We Are
Our founder, Rosemary Boccio is a licensed tax attorney and CPA* with deep experience navigating the tax appeals process from start to finish. She created Golden Gate Property Tax Advisors to support busy residential homeowners who find themselves short on time and at a disadvantage navigating the maze of the property tax appeals process.

Rosemary holds a B.S. from the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley, as well as a J.D. from UC School of Law (formally Hastings College of Law). She has worked at international law and accounting firms, and also has in-house experience at a large international corporation where she was responsible for its administrative tax appeals. Rosemary also served as trustee for a family trust for many years, managing residential properties and their tax assessment issues.
