File Your Appeal

After conducting our analysis, we prepare and submit your Application for Changed Assessment to the Assessment Appeals Board.  Note that filing an appeal does not exempt you from paying your taxes on time.  You must pay on time to avoid interest and penalties.  If you receive a subsequent lower assessment, you will receive a refund from the Treasurer’s Office.

Coordinate with Assessor’s Office and Assessment Appeals Board

We attend your Assessment Appeals Board hearing and represent you as your tax agent.

Refund Follow-up

After the hearing, we track your refund through the Treasurer’s office and update you on the status.
